You join their market reseller program ostensibly (you sign up as an "enthusiast" and thus don't have to have a company or resale license), take a "quiz" on the AMD64 tech, and once you get 15 of 20 questions right, they cut you a deal on some of their parts:

And the parts are pre-assembled, even. Grand Total: $179 plus shipping (came out to $192 for a forum poster). Let's compare that to the same parts over at everyone's favorite parts emporium, Newegg:

Asus K8V SE Deluxe: $118
Shipping: $0 (free ground)
Total: $400 If you're thinking of upgrading in the near future, GET THESE PARTS. Apparently this tactic is exploding in popularity and some people are getting their registrations denied, so just keep trying and it'll be worth the effort.
