The Austin smoking ban passed. Granted, I'm not a smoker, I don't like smoke and it irritates my eyes and I don't like the way it smells, but this really will mess things up for Austin's famed nightlife. In the words of Eddie Izzard, "and soon, no drinking, no talking, and no having fun." This just might make Austin uncool. :(
